Yet another Pirates question
Jul. 24th, 2003 02:58 amI'm getting good at coming up with random stupid questions about Pirates of the Carribean. So here's my latest one...
Did the donkey have a name? You know, the one in the blacksmith's shop. Did it have a name? And if so... what was it? I honestly don't remember that it had one.
And if it didn't have a name... why the heck is the name Dorothy sticking in my head???

Date: 2003-07-24 11:24 pm (UTC)Sadly, the fic is set pre-movie... so no Jack. I know! It's killing me not to write him! But after the first one, I still don't feel all so comfy with Will so I think I need a good fic to explore him a little more, before I write one with Jack and Elizabeth and all... so I'll have to put the donkey allergy in another fic altogether either way. LOL. Sneeze fanfic shouldn't be this complicated, should it? LOL
But Jack sneezing... I could totally see that, hand with rings sideways, a few inches in front of his face, everything on him clinking as the sneeze throws him forward. A little out of control, but with smooth, fluid movements like he makes when he's drunk (of course he's always drunk so there's no comparison) Very short, spraying types of sneezes, trying to expel the allergin sort of sneezes...
Will looking all concerned, "What's the matter?"
Dramatically, Jack pointing an accusatory finger at Dorothy, just before snapping forward with another sneeze. "The donkey! EK'SHTTT!"

Date: 2003-07-25 01:25 am (UTC)I tell you, the plot bunnies have taken over my whole apartment! Their sleeping quarters are right on top of my research books... so I can't get to them without going through the bunnies LOL
I've always liked donkeys, anyway(raised in a family of democrats) so that will be a fun fic... whenever I get around to writing it... *G* My current one is going nicely, though!
