No guilt...
Sep. 3rd, 2003 12:48 amI'm very bad... went to Walmart for Low Sodium Triscuits (YUM!) and came home with three boxes of those, some of those new Ritz chips, and 2 DVDs. Ack. As if I had the money!
I actually have a list of DVDs I will buy if I see them for $10 or less. It took me days to carefully construct the list so that if I ran into those movies I could buy them without any guilt... as long as they were less than $10. If I buy them for more, I'm allowed to feel some guilt.
Well, these were $8.64 each... so I'm not allowed to be guilty and have to be happy. Man I love that DVD bin at Walmart *G*
Okay, so I bought St.Elmo's Fire (ooohhh YUMMY characterizations! *sigh* Have I mentioned how much I adore the brat pack? Even without Molly and Anthony... Rob Lowe makes up for their absence) Mmmm Judd and Emilio... Plus there are actually a few special features, which I didn't even notice until now- yay!
And the other one is Adventures in Babysitting which is one of my top favorite movies in the entire world. I could recite practically the whole thing to you! I LOVE it and have watched it over and over and over again... I know, it probably sucks, but I just really love it. So many great lines and so many great parts... and I think the dorky guy's really cute the way he sticks up for Chris. Actually, I liked both of the guys a lot when I saw it as a kid *blush* But I really love the movie besides. Though I think I actually wrote a sneezefic in my head starring Brad waaaaaay back in my childhood. Ah, but maybe it's good I never actually wrote it out. heehee!
Anyway... I'm not allowed to feel guilty... but man... I only went there for Triscuits!
