I've been writing an original character story for the last few days... though my direct channel into it broke this afternoon whith an infusion of MWPP inspiration. So I had to sit down tonight and pound out a Marauder fic. Hopefully I'll be able to go back to the other story and finish it off. I'm writing in first person present tense, which is such a switch for me that if I don't hear the character in my head constantly I feel completely lost. It was a little refreshing to go back to fandom and my usual third person om. in past tense. So hopefully as I go off to shower and sleep tonight, I'll be able to go back to the story with more inspiration and confidence and comfort. *crosses fingers* I'm really enjoying the story and I'm so looking forward to where the main character's taking me with it. Here's hoping he keeps it up! I want to get it done and get his voice out of my head before I tackle my last two graphic Obi-torture scenes and wrap up that series finally.

Anyway... um... point is, there's an new HP story on sneezefic. I still feel it's a little rough around the edges (which tends to happen when I have more than two characters) but I suppose it's a nice, fun, light read :-)
