Just noticed

*Just* noticed Restoration is on Bravo right now. But it's replaying later today at 4:30. I've never seen it, but people have told me it's definitely worth a watch. With Sam Neill, Meg Ryan, Ian McKellen, and Hugh Grant... I don't doubt it's interesting. And, hey, I can add it to the growing list of David Thewlis movies I've seen, right? *G* Yummy Sam Neill. Is it a bad sign when you start to find the same men attractive as your mother does? Eh. Probably not. It's Sam Neill. Hard not to find him attractive. LOL

Speaking of which, someone asked me about Timeline. I really liked it. My little sister (who's more critical of movies than I am and who read the book first) liked it as well, but felt they left a lot out. For your typical time travel, romance, and war movie, I adored it. But I've got a thing for time travel and historical fiction. Crichton is like God to me, so I love most all of his works(though the movie Sphere was highly disappointing. That book deserved so much more)... I'm reading the book 'Timeline' now and loving it. I really liked the movie, though. I cried a couple of times. But SEXY accents (and Scottish ones at that, my favorite kind!) make it worth the watch, I think. Plus, there's Thewlis. As a bad guy. He plays bad guys SOOOOOO well. I love him as a bad guy. So that was great. I really liked it. I'm buying it on DVD any day now. So... yeah... I'd say it's certainly worth renting!

I *so* want to buy Big Fish and Love Actually, too. I've got $40 in gift cards for Target and Best Buy. But there's no Best Buy even remotely nearby (closest one is an hour away). As I'm broke... I'm trying to figure out how this will work out. I might *just* be able to pull it off. Or I might not. Otherwise, I'll have to wait to buy Love Actually until later. Which will most likely be the case.

So, yeah, what was my point? Oh Restoration is on right now. I have no tape to tape it on- DAMNIT. I'll have to work that out now so I can tape it tomorrow and watched charmed at 6 while I'm taping. Yes. That works. Ha ha! :-)

Hrm... same Obi Fic

This is the same cranky Obi ficlette I posted yesterday, with a few minor edits, a title, and an epilogue. I added the epilogue, and then about 10 hours later, figured out a title. But now I'm not so sure about the epilogue. So, yeah, read and tell me what you think? Too cutesy? Too strange a time jump? Too... not good? LOL
If I remove the epilogue, I don't have a title. That's not a good reason to keep it there, I'm just saying that if I take it out, I still need help with the damn title. LOL

Notes: Very loosely inspired by circe’s “I Spy”. Basically, I love the image of a guy sleeping with his head in someone’s lap… but sometimes that’s not really the most comfortable position to be in, especially when sick. People’s legs really aren’t as soft as pillows… and once in a while a cranky Obi is cuter than an overly cuddly one (though admittedly not often)

I'm trying to find a title for another short story I just finished. Tis an Ani and Obi one... but, um, not with them together. I don't ship them. I don't like Ani enough to let him have Obi. heehee
But... yeah... gods I'm horrible at titles.

GAH! I cannot think up a title for this damn story. I'm all ready to upload for my webpage update... all except the title for this story... GAH!!! So frustrating. Why do I suck so much at titles? :-)
