I've been watching lots of season 2 and season 7 episodes lately, so hopefully I managed to get this one set in season 6 right. Feels a little strange to write in that season and not put in some Leo-bashing where Chris is concerned, but it's set after most of the tension between them is gone. It's my first attempt at writing Chris, so go easy on me there. And I had a hard time juggling the four (well, five, really) characters at one time in one scene as well. Hopefully it turned out all right.

Happy new year, all!

Sorry it took so long for me to post the fics tonight. We had a family crisis just before midnight... so I barely noticed the ball dropping. The memoriable part of my night was probably sitting in the middle of a street at 1am next to my sobbing sister. With driving around for a half an hour in the cold looking for my sister's van as a close second. Yeah. Not my favorite new year's eve ever.

But everything's all right now. Or as all right as they possibly can be. Point is, everybody is safe and alive. So I'm thankful for that. And Dad won the anual Trivial Pursuit game, darnit! I sucked much. Couldn't remember Jerry Springer's last name for the life of me. Or Barry Williams'. But I did read from the dwarf-tossing card. *giddy bounces* So that was a high point. Oh, and I taped the Entourage marathon on HBO. So that should be fun to watch.

Going to go sleep now. Exhausted. Very emotionally draining night. But I hope y'all enjoy your fics. Annalisa's is going very well indeed so it should be up in the next day or two at the most.
