Yay! How much do I love hotels with free access to their business room with high speed internet connections? The answer is muchly. Just like I love free breakfast buffets. *EG* I do NOT, however, like when the space and shift keys on keyboards don't work... so sorry in advance.
Things have been good so far. kind of dreading the afternoon exercises and I'm skipping lunch to check e-mail (gone a day and a few hours and only 120 new messages- not too bad!) I woke up this morning to the Season 5 Halloween party episode of Angel. RIGHT before Wes and Fred get drunk and I got to see it until the end. I have kickass timing. and it was a GREAT way to start the day.
But I had the whole night to myself last night, which meant writing giftfics and watching happy TV programs (NCIS and The Amazing Race- whoohoo!) And hopefully the snow will not be bad enough tomorrow that it will prevent our return. It's supposed to snow a little and then turn into an ice storm JUST as we're leaving so we might leave a bit early. Either way, everyone's taking the rather safe than sorry approach so we'll see. anyhoo... I'm dreading the afternoon exercises and stalling for time right now. I think 'll go grab something to eat at the gas station and see if I can't get a little writing done during this break.
