Poor Kitty

To make a looooooooooooooooooong story short, huge crisis with the diabetic kity tonight, ending in an emergency trip to the pet hospital and me needing to tell my mother how many "t"s were in the word "vomitting". Luckily, we got him there before there was brain damage, even though his glucose reading was about a third of what his lowest reading ever had been... which is about 300 points lower than what he is normally. If we'd left it for another half hour, I've no doubt he'd have died.

He's there overnight with IV's and being monitored and have over a thousand dollars of tests run on him. Hopefully we'll know better tomorrow, but it's been an awful night (Caps lost, but played a super in 2nd and 3rd periods) and after many hours of freaking out on top of several hours in the hospital, I'm going to head to bed and hope we hear good news regarding Benji in a few hours.
