Writing progress
Feb. 11th, 2008 12:20 amI think I might take a tiny break from giftfics this week to get another short fic for the annual challenge done. How are you all doing with your challenge pieces, now that there's about a month left? Have you tried and given up or are you still busily writing? Anyone hoping to finish a fic for the challenge?
And, just to update you on holiday giftfics... here's my current progress:
Finished & posted- 9
Started- 2
Untouched- 9
I know what I'm going to write for a few of the untouched ones... but a few I honestly haven't thought hard about yet. I know it's REALLY late already and I have good excuses for being such a slowpoke (thank goodness I'm just about over this cold and feel inspired to write sneezefics again), but I AM sorry about it. I promise you will all get your fics eventually!
I also took requests in July 2007. I still have a few of those to write!

It's been a LONG time, I know. But I promise I haven't forgotten those, either!
I also have a few Strokes stories that are bugging me to work on them, but I've told them they're going to have to wait a little while until I'm not in quite so much of a panic over these fics I've promised people. Thank goodness I wrote a story for the challenge already, though, or I'd feel ten times more worried.
*PPFFFFFTTTT!* Harry Potter and the Jacuzzi Full of Models! I'm watching the BAFTA Awards. Very nice thus far. Orli was cute (and possibly my imagination but looked a tad choked up after the montage of people who passed away), Sir Ian was great, Dan totally misread the teleprompter but pulled it off hilariously- love him!, and the sound system sucks. Also OMG go prop guy! I have a special place in my heart for property masters since I worked props for the drama department for 2-3 years in high school.
