Speaking of Tumblr...

1. I still don't like Tumblr. So hard to comment/have conversations!

2. I had no idea the community was such a big thing on Tumblr. *follows all the blogs* Give me nummy content!

3. Have you seen some of the situations/fic prompts people are posting? *goes weak* Also, I might have started writing another Sherlock/John/Greg story based on a prompt I read because the scene refuses to get out of my head and now I don't know how to end the fic. I am trapped!

Why It Gotta Be So Hard?

All I want is to commission an artist whose work I like to draw something for me. But I keep asking various sf artists and striking out over and over again. I'm starting to give up hope at this point (and I'm running out of favorite artists, too, LOL).

Are my demands unreasonable? One piece, 9 months to create it, and almost no restraint regarding the image (apart from there being sneezing involved, obviously).

*sigh* I don't get it. If someone came to me and said "Hey, I'll pay you some money to write whatever short story you want and you've got 9 months to finish it" I'd be all over that in a freakin' heartbeat!

I think the only option left is to become an excellent artist myself. Hey, I've got 9 months to manage that, right? *facepalm*
