Today was interesting. One of the very few days of my life where I can say I felt happy. I can't understand why, I got a lot of bad news and am just as stressed as always. I dunno, but I felt really, really comfortable in my own skin today, you know? I just felt good.

I felt comfy behind the wheel when I drove to class. I felt good when I walked to class. Well, okay, bored in class, but the point is, I felt good today :-) Wish I could bottle this feeling! heehee

I always feel good in sweatshirts and jeans. Maybe it was the lack of my normal jacket today... I don't know. But it was very comfy and I felt very confident as I walked around today. Usually I feel much more confident in nice, tight-fitting shirts that show off my breasts. *hangs head* That sounds terrible LOL But it's like my old roomate and I used to speculate, that confidence level is inversely proportional to your hair length. You know how you always feel more confident after a hair cut? That's how I felt today... without the tight shirt and haircut :-) It was probably even a bad hair day LOL But I felt good and I liked it.

I'm sooo glad it was a mysteriously happy and comfy day! I forget whether or not I told you, but last Thursday (it was 80 degrees), I had such an irritating day where nothing was going right, that I stomped into Hair Cuttery and got a realy short haircut! Well, I wasn't that brave. It was the miscommunication with the hairstylist that did it, but the end result is I don't remember my hair being this short EVER. Literally, I can't put it in a ponytail. (well, barely if it's a really low one, but if I moved, the rubber band would fall off.) can you believe it?! I couldn't. I'm starting to like it actually. I like how light my head feels and whenever the wind blows, it takes all the hair off my neck! I haven't read your LotR story, yet, but can't wait! Thanks for all the linkes. I looked at some of the pictures - really good. I wish I could draw. Talk to you soon! Call if you feel like it sometime.... -ys

Yes, L informed me of your haircut and your current ponytail disability :-) I cannot quite imagine it, even with your description here. You'll have to enclose a picture in the Circle Journey book :-)

I started another LotR story yesterday (see another journal post on this) though I'm running into consistency problemos :-) Let me know what you think about 'Refuge from the Cold' when you get a chance to read it!

And I'm glad you liked the links... Art Dungeon and The Forbidden Chamber for those of you into HP art, are two of my all-time favorites.
