Getting my boss to pick a thesis topic for his term paper is like banging my head against the wall. I listened to him talk about course content for nearly an hour, then we came up with 2 ideas. But he didn't choose either and, instead, started reading through his notes. After another HOUR of him telling me about the course content he wants to write about, I extrapolated 6 excellent thesis statements he could very easily write a paper about. Then I explained how to choose a good topic. Then he sat for a while and said "Maybe if I keep reading this stuff, something will come to me" ARG! Clearly he's not moved enough by any of the ideas thus far, but he's just going around in circles and it's going to be a LONG weekend if he keeps this up! LOL *bangs head against the wall*

Waking up early and walking neighbor's dog was tiring. But it gave me 15 extra minutes in the morning AND the time to take a shower and wash my hair which I NEVER have time in the mornings to do. So that was kind of nice (I'm a shower-at-night person so I can sleep as long as possible in the mornings). So I had some time to watch a couple fanvids and write a little fanfic and that was a nice way to start my day.

Last night before bed I wrote down the S/X scene that's been in my head for days. I can't decide if it's going to be a short PWP or a ficlet or a fic. Gah. I don't know what to do with it, honestly. And I'm having trouble finding a spot in the timeline for the other S/X fic. Gah... oh well.
