tarotgalI'm back from Iowa. Had a great time. I miss my Grandma already!
Flights home were okay (in an 'evened-out' sort of way). My cat was all over me when I got home. heehee It's nice to be loved by him at least :-)
Bought lots of silly nummy things I'll ramble about later. Got a lot of writing done long-hand. (Have I mentioned how much I've fallen in love with my Strokes guys?)
Need to go to sleep now and be up in 5 hours to get ready and go to boss' daughter's Bat Mitzvah. Yay.
Will report back after I've returned home and had a nice, long nap and after I've torn myself away from CNN storm coverage. People (in my 'new family') I know headed out of Galveston a few days ago. But, man, what a horrible situation.
