Cell Phone Bandit

tarotgalSo, I'm curious, how much national attention is this Cell Phone Bandit thing getting? Because I see her mentioned occasionally on the national news but it's HUGE here on local news since its happening in my town. I find it very amusing that she's able to pull that off. I can't talk on a cell phone normally, let alone while robbing a bank!
Anyway, yeah, I just found out she was caught this morning. Which is good.
One of the banks she robbed was MY bank! The Wachovia branch I used to go to every few weeks before I started to hit the one slightly closer to where I work now. But, yeah, SPOOKY! Grrr! It's been hit a few times before... I don't think I'll be going there any more. And it's not even the seedy part of town!
But even MORE spooky (spookier?) is the fact that the cell phone bandit chica is a member of the fitness club right across from where I work and my boss' son KNOWS her and has worked out with her!!! He says she's tremendously dumb and ditzy. *shrug* Hey, she got away with it a number of times, and she made the news.
Anyway... small town. Small world. Yadda yadda yadda. I just wanted to share in case anyone else was following the story and wanted a laugh :-)
