tarotgalGot 4 hours of sleep... ug... tis my own fault. But I had a lot of things to think about. And I watched episode 12 of QAF. TNN is also starting to show Highlander! YAY! Third episode is today/tonight. So boyfriend started watching it- and he likes it. YAY! It's NICE to have a boyfriend who respects what I like, where my passions are, and wants to understand/enjoy them. It didn't really occurr to me until last night after I watched QAF where Michael was going through the same thing with his boy, Dave. It really, really struck close to home. Michael's such a cutie, easily my favorite character. Anyway, the episode really mirrored my life in that respect... what a good show!
I've got to go give a presentation for 2 hours at 3-5 this afternoon (so I have to leave before 2:30). Ug. And my sister just went home. Parents brought the dog down with them (he's a puppy, can't leave him at home alone for so long) so he was nice to see. I'm supposed to think about what I want for my birthday. Ug. I dunno! Sleep sounds good.
Then tonight I have to spend the evening doing thesis work and baking deserts for a tea we're having at a professor's house tomorrow. I don't cook. ANd I certainly don't make. I've screwed up brownies before, with a mix!
So this will be an interesting night, especially on only 4 hours of sleep!
The Snape & Sirius fic Gayle suggested a while back has been toying with me lately... it's a few pages long right now and I'm really starting to enjoy it. I've been very interested in Snape and Sirius and their relationship lately since listening to PoA in the car with my boyfriend, so the story is going much better than it would have if I'd started it even a month ago. Anyhoo, I'm really digging sneezey!Siri :-)
