I'm utterly exhausted. Business meeting and work every day and I've spent maybe 7 hours in the last two days baking the last of my Christmas presents for people. My parents keep pulling me in to move things to the new house, without telling me ahead of time. I come home from a very hard day at work and as soon as I finish eating it's "are you ready to help us move the couch into the van and carry the dresser up the stairs?" GRRRRR! And all the helping eats up 2 or 3 hours easily as we have to make numerous tiny trips (example: why the HECK do my parents have four tables? LOL!) and my family is hands-down the MOST disfunctional when it comes to moving heavy objects. I haven't even BEGUN moving my own things, but I'm going to wake up early tomorrow and grab things and throw them in boxes and drive them over before work... and then on the way home I'll go by my storage unit and grab a few things. Slow and steady, right?
It's all making it very hard to write, though. So tired. I keep falling asleep at the computer in the middle of scentences. Or I type stupid things because I'm tired and not paying attention. I haven't made any entries on my rec journal for two days now. *groan* I owe everyone many thank you's for feedback, and I'm behind on e-mails as well. I'm very sorry about it.
I'm pushing myself a little too hard and still not getting things done. I DON'T like when that happens. I like when I push myself and things get done. The only thing I've accomplished (apart from the baking) is to tire myself out.
