Awww to naming your bike and later vehicles. I named the first car I ever considered "mine" Goddess, and the first car I bought with my own money was Richard III, in great part b/c I bought him at Saturn of *Clarence* in WNY. Richard lived up to his name, too, when the trunk lid came down and hit me in the head (I was looking for something in the trunk and felt a heavy whack across the side of my head). My current car has no name, even though it's my favorite car yet.

I had SUCH the crush on the actor when I was growing up. WHAT a cutie. And I just about died when he gave his "Take care of him" line to Archie re: Horatio *swoons* Such a thrill to find him in Hornblower- I just had to have an icon with him. And I love that one... that smile... guuuuh...

And thank you about being recced! It's a thrill indeed.

As for the giftfic- WOW. Just... wow. You are a brilliant, fantastic writer. I'm just in awe at the fic. It's wonderful. The wartime puppies are perfect. Thank you SO much for writing it for me!!!!!

Wow, I haven't seen the actor in anything else... and I'm ashamed to say I can't even remember his name! But then, I hadn't heard of Paul McGann before HH, either, and despite seeing Ioan Gruffudd in both King Arthur and Fantastic Four at the movies, I didn't recognise him until HH, either!

I totally didn't recognize him from King Arthur!!! Now I've got to retwatch that! I loved Lancelot, though.

And, coincidentally, I just got Fantastic Four in the mail yesterday! I wanted to watch it anyway for nummy Julian but didn't know Ioan was in it. Now I'm very excited!

As for Mister E (or should I say My Lord E?)... that's Samuel West, but he'll always be Prince Caspian from Narnia to me :-) He was one of my very first loves as a child- I was always a bit angry at the part of the movie when he meets his wife. heehee SO sexy. I was so thrilled to see him in something else!! (Apart from his, like, 2 minutes in Van Helsing when I didn't recognize him in all the make-up). He did an excellent job in the episode, too. *sigh* I love that man *G*
