I've had a Strokes story stuck in my head these last two days. I started it yesterday. Must have gone through parts of it at least 20 times in my head during work today. I came home and finished it today. I'm really happy with it. However, it's set in the winter of 2006 so I have a lot of stories to finish before I can post it :-( I'm calling it 'Hell as a Grocery Store' heehee

And I *really* need to work on Respect. My goal for this week is to finish the first draft. MUST work on it. Silly bunnies getting in the way! LOL :-)

While I was driving down the street my work is on today after 5pm there were three deer lined up and facing the road. (My work is in a residential neighborhood, so they were standing in someone's front yard). I stopped the car and stared at them. They stared back. Finally I drove off. But it was a nice moment. A mommy and two large fauns. Beautiful.
The other night I went out onto our back portch at home because it was cool out and the motion light next door turned on because a deer was spooked by my going outside and jumped over the neighbor's fence. The fence is at least 4ft tall and it just went right over in a gorgeous motion.

I've got a book I MUST mail out tomorrow... so I've got to finish reading it tonight.

The big holdup is 'Moving On'. I can't really post most of the fics until I finish that. And it would make more sense to write 'Moving In' before 'Moving On' as well, so maybe call that the big hold-up. ANYWAY, as soon as those are done, I'll be able to post the newer ones.

There's this 'new' character of sorts that I've completely fallen in love with. He's in 5 unposted stories right now (two finished, three not... though only one has sneezing in it) and I have to keep reminding myself to write something about the other guys, too! LOL So if people end up liking him- good, because I'm going crazy with new storylines for him. And if people don't... well, sorry :-)

But, yeah, I've got to finish those two before I can post these... otherwise, big spoilers and there'd be no reason to even read those... and 'Moving On' contains a lot of hints to things so it really should be read. ARGH! Why can't I just write things in order and make it all easier, huh?
