Those are great. I agree that the Shining is the best, it's certainly the most well done. Isn't funny how you can change the whole feel of the movie with editing? It must be hard for movie trailer editors who have to pick out the best and most interesting scenes of a film then put them together to make an ad good enough so that people will want to see the whole film.

LMAO! That's great! I hadn't seen that before. It fits so well. I especially like the "it's only a model" bit, with Bones shhing Spock. Cute and in character. Thanks for the link!

I agree! It's really incredible what a little bit of narration, some well-chosen scenes, and background music can do for a movie! I have such respect for the professionals who put together those trailers (have you seen Holiday?). I'd never, ever be able to assemble something people would want to watch!

The Holiday is the movie with Jack Black and Jude Law, right? About the British and American women who swap lives? I haven't seen it but it looks cute. I'm guessing you've seen it. Is it good?

Yep, that's it. I'm not a fan of Jack Black in straight comedies, but it's a fantastic movie. I'm probably going to buy it, actually, I loved it that much.
But my point in mentioning it is that the American woman character's job is to create movie trailers :-)
