*Giggles* Turning yourself in!Lol. Think LJ would reduce the sentence for that? Make the permanent ban a temporary thing? *g* It'd make about as much sense as everything else they're doing right now! I've seen the Ponderosa pic posted in a couple of other places but not the elaboration ones. You could try her journal over on GJ? There's a link on this post to her Deviant Art account if that helps?

Rational? I don't even want to admit how many Giant Squid sex stories I've read. But Kraken/Giant Squid is the most tame of all! heehee My favorite was Giant Squid/Whomping Willow :-)

Thanks for the link. I had already checked out her GJ journal. She says there that she didn't put it on DA; it was in her LJ scrapbook, but if anyone had a copy, they could post it somewhere. I guess perhaps no one did/has. I'll stay tuned. Thanks!

As for the penalty, they might just reduce the sentence. Of course, considering LJ these days, they'd probably just suspend both accounts- one for posting it and the other for reading it long enough to report it. heehee

This entire thing is just sickening. I don't read chan, generally, but there are a few stories out there which I have read and which DO depict chan - and which have more literary merit than a good chunk of published literature out there. There's a difference between using chan in a work of substance and integrity - and child porn. No one is out there forcing children into sexual situations and then thinking, "Yeah, that's good - I'll go put that in my fanfiction." Psh.

This situation is just so frustrating. I'm concerned by the potential of a fandom migration...worried that not everyone will make it over to wherever we go, or that it will weaken the community in general. Stupid LJ.

Bah. (this is circe, btw, if you remember me - RL has finally calmed down enough for me to come back to more fannish pursuits...too bad this debacle is what I get to come back to.)
