Oh for the love of... books!
Nov. 1st, 2007 04:15 pmLibrary Book Sale #1, Day 1:
That's 68 books for only $45.50
A who bunch of gorgeous graphic novels (I'm definitely on a GN kick right now), a lot of really nice audio books, some gorgeous hardcovers to add to my collection, a few books I love so much that I want to pick them up and hug them tight, and even some nice selections for BookCrossing with! Date: 2007-11-02 01:08 pm (UTC)Seriously though, NICE finds! Especially the Tolkien stuff. I've seriously got to find out if there are ever sales like that around here.
Let me know how the BBC Radio version of 'The Hobbit' goes. I would absolutely die laughing if they sang the 'Tra la la lally, down in the Valley' song in it. Also, much curiosity about the voice they choose for Thranduil, and how they portray the Mirkwood elves.
