Re-reading a fic
Jun. 4th, 2010 10:28 pm*happy sigh* I just re-read
shadowscast's Before the Time of Dawn again. That's what I get for re-watching Buffy & Angel: urges to read my favorite fanfics set during those times. I'm a happy fangirl!
Okay, now I REALLY have to concentrate and read pervy_werewolf fics. Just 2 days to read them all before the judging!

Date: 2010-06-05 05:51 pm (UTC)I will not embarrass myself by admitting how many times I've re-read your fics then. Well, it's not *that* embarrassing. But yours are just part of a handful of stories that sometimes I just feel the urge to re-read regularly. And ooooohhhh the Fragments verse is just so good! But Before the Time of Dawn is especially wonderful. While I watched that season 3 episode of Buffy, the whole time all I could think about was where Spike and older Xander were during that timeline. heehee It's pretty much canon to me! I had just finished watching the first episode of Angel with the Hyperion Hotel and the Thesulac demon; that's what made me desperate to re-read Before the Time of Dawn :-) And during the Oz episodes, I couldn't help but picture future Oz, Kennedy, and Willow together with baby Tara.
But I have trouble re-reading Sock Puppet. I've only read that twice. Somehow, between the two readings, I forgot the ending and on the second reading it shocked me and broke my heart all over again. So I can't read it again until I forget the ending a second time :-)
