tarotgalAll right, people, this is it! I'm going to do another 12 fics in 12 days thing. If you want a fic, you'll need to follow the instructions below and not expect brilliance :-) This year has been kind of a wash for me (can I get a do-over?), but I hope gift fic awesomeness will end it with a bang and usher in a good new year.
So what do you need to do?

It's got to be original character fic or a fandom I'm really familiar with. I can't do really obscure things that require research & extensive source material reviewing because I probably won't have time for that. I can't do elaborate situations either if I'm writing one for every day. So keep your demands short and sweet (but as specific as you want within that scope). Again, please don't expect brilliance from me :-)
If I reply and say I just can't write what you want and I need you to pick something else, you won't lose your "spot". But you should suggest something else within a reasonable period of time.

Any fandom I've written for before is technically fair game, but I can tell you right now I'm going to struggle to write another fic in a couple of those fandoms. And I can assure you that if you request something slashy in one of my major fandoms (or Strokes) I will LOVE you for making it easy on me. Also (oh Gods, what am I getting into?) I'm only just starting SPN Season 1 and I've never written a fic in that fandom before, so as long as you know that going into it, go ahead and request it (Meep!). Feel free to ask if I know a particular fandom.

What DO you want to see (be as brief or detailed as you like): roommates, I was thinking one of them gets hurt in a game and the other (who has had a long standing crush on the other) freaks out... maybe outs himself and his crush right there on the pitch by accident or the other becomes suspicious after that. Either way, the hurt play will need some help at home (cue the h/c). I think it could work either way, but it would be interesting to see Oliver be the one to get hurt and how Flint deals with that (as he wouldn't really be the best with handling his emotions).

I think Lassie would kill me if I EVER used those words to describe anything related to him... but I think I can handle this. Poor boys aren't even going to see me coming. Would you be willing to write one for the OC, Charmed, or another Psych fic? I know you said Psych would be hard for you to write again

But I could definitely do a Charmed fic, no problem. And on MONDAY I was craving the OC (okay, one of the lads on 1 Girl 5 Gays mentioned it). So if you have any preferences in either of those, I'd be more than happy to give those a try.

Sneezing specifications (which character/characters you want sneezing, illness/allergies, etc.): any of the three characters listed above, and preferably from an illness rather than an allergy. I will especially love you even more than I already do (since I already love you forever) if you write a sneezy Horatio, especially from a cold or chill.
Rating/Range of Ratings: Any
What DO you want to see (be as brief or detailed as you like): Something on ship, if possible. Mild fever, if the sneezing's from illness. Oh, and Soaked!Horatio is always appreciated, though certainly not necessary.
What do you NOT want to see (squicks, pairings, etc.): No Horatio/Pellew! Sorry. The relationship I see between them is just too close to father/son for me to be comfortable with slashing them. (Though I'd be perfectly happy to see Pellew appear in a more peripheral role.) And, I' don't really like sad sneezefics, no matter how wubbly grieving characters can be. Other than that, I bow before the mistress. :-)

Rating: Any. I'm more after the warm fuzzies than scorching smut, but if a little naughty creeps in, I'm not opposed. *G*
Want to see: Sick day. Feeling guilty for being too ill to take care of normal responsiblities. Partner being caring and reassuring. Blankets, fever, and cuddling are a plus! If it's Ianto, I'd love it if Jack's coat was a source of comfort. For Legolas, I wouldn't mind seeing him with a pet kitty again.
Don't Want: V-ing. Any references to the events of 'Children of Earth' or later.

For The OC, I would want a sneezefic with Ryan. Probably towards the beginning of his stay there. I would love if it was still when everyone was kind of uncomfortable and wouldn't know what to do. He wouldn't want to tell anyone, and when they find out they wouldn't know what to do because Kirsten is still a little scared of him and Sandy is just an awkward person in general.
For Charmed, pretty much the same thing. But Chris :)
Also, since Christmas isn't until next month and after I do my submissions for the challenge, what would you like in return?
And weird third question, have you seen Once Upon a Time? I am doing that show for the challenge.

What would *I* like? Oh, you're so sweet. *sits down and taps head like Pooh Bear* Think, think, think... I'd adore a Cole Charmed sneezefic (either when he's half-demon or in that tiny span of time before he becomes the Source... but NOT evil!Cole. Evil!Cole is cool but not sneezefic-worthy; I like my guys good and noble at heart). I actually wouldn't mind a Coop (wait, is that how it's spelled? You know, Phoebe's Cupid, from the last season of Charmed) sneezefic. Something typically romantic but the sneezes get in the way... which results in something someone with a sneezing fetish would consider ridiculously romantic.
I would also not say no to any sort of Spike sneezefic. Or Xander. Or Nightcrawler. Or Wolverine. And I ALWAYS prefer cold sneezes over any other kind.

masterpiecedisaster. Which makes me wonder...is it okay to post something little more than a scene or two out of a larger work for the challenge, as long as it can (hopefully) stand alone and (sort of) meets the challenge criteria (that is, mentions them rather than focuses on them...the sneezy bits aside, of course!)?no subject

So I would love an NCIS fic with Tony/Gibbs were Tony is sick and at work and Gibbs is a little worried and sneakily takes care of him.
Also I don't have many squicks I can't think of any that could come up in this fic. I would love to see forehead feeling and Gibbs having tissues for Tony but actually anything you write will make me happy.

I just finished my Tony/Gibbs Hurt/Comfort Big Bang and after taking a break to work on some of the gift fics, I'm kind of going through withdrawal. Great excuse to dive back in. And Gibbs can TOTALLY be sneaky. Yeah, I can definitely work with this.
Do you have a rating preference? Just fluffy h/c between the boys or do you want it to build up to something more?

Rating: Any is a-ok.
Wants: I love the idea of Ianto coming down sick and Jack actually being the one to notice first (even ahead of Ianto). It sort of plays against the whole "Ianto is in utter control of everything" and "Jack is a careless and selfish lover" themes. Bonus points for Jack caring for Ianto without being too obvious (i.e. giving everyone the afternoon off) and waiting to Ianto to admit his illness before doing any obvious fussing. Lots of caretaking can then ensue.
Do not want: To be set anytime after series 2; Too much domesticity (i.e. I just don't see these two married with kids ever); References to v-ing or water sports--this is just too yucky for me.
Again, I really feel unworthy even asking for this, and it may be too vague of a request, so if it doesn't work out, do not feel badly.

The first year I did 12 fics in 12 days, I managed to write a few bonus fics. If I've got time, I'll try to make this Bonus Fic #1 (given the fact that I'm SO far ahead this year, the only thing that might slow me down is the annual sneezefic challenge round 2 in December). I adore the idea (Jack can totally be careless and selfish, but he shows a lot of care and compassion as well!) and I would very much like to write it for you!
