tarotgal Stupid frickin emetophobia.
Finally just came down after a panic attack. Went dizzy from hyperventilating. The only pill I can take in order to keep from throwing up from complications due to having a cold comes in pills so big I can barely swallow them. I'm terrified of swallowing pills because they make me gag and that makes me throw up. How is that fair? I mean, really? Took me 4 tries to get that one down with a panic attack in the middle. Ugh. My body completely SUCKS. Why can't all my medicine just come in shot form?
Now I feel sick AND jumpy. Great.
In other news... I watched the debate.
Then I watched Survivor.
Then I watched Supernatural. Oh, Moose. I don't know how much heartbreak I can take after that episode of Doctor Who and this episode of SPN.
