Craft: Doctor Who Valentine

tarotgalLast year, the swap-bot Doctor Who group had a swap to send a Doctor Who-themed card and a package of sweet treats. This is what I came up with…
Adipose card envelope for the card. And a box shaped like a book that I painted to look like River’s diary, only with blue hearts instead of blue squares on the front.
The card, however, was completely “Partners in Crime” episode-themed. The little baby adipose is another stamp I bought from dragonflycurls.
The inside of the card are the Doctor & Donna with the lines “Want to be… My companion?”
Candy inside! Chocolate hearts are classic and matched the envelope decorations. There are also candy ring pops, representing the first time we meet Donna on her wedding day.
And, of course, tied up with a red ribbon, just like the diary is when given to River. Only this one has a red ribbon with hearts on it.
