Got a new battery in my watch (it died yesterday morning and has been bugging me since- I can't stand not wearing a working watch!)
and went to Kroger- picked up some pain meds (Walmart was out last time I was there) and some fake chicken pot pies (Walmart has stopped carrying those) and some rice cakes *crosses fingers that these are good ones, I'm drying without rice cakes right now* and I bought 3 frozen veggie dinners- veggie meatloaf, soy cheese macaroni, soy cheese and spinich-filled pasta... oohhhh I'm so happy! It's nice to have some variety once in a while. Course, now my freezer will probably die like my refrigerator did... but here's hoping *crosses fingers*
Still no diet non-carbonated drinks in town *pout* I guess when I go to walmart tonight for toilet paper and food I'll have to pick up some bottled water and make do, pretending I like it :-)
