I knew immediately how I wanted this to end, but I had such a hard time figuring out the presentation topic that I ended up asking a friend of mine who is a lawyer for lawyery-type words and possible court cases. She did me one better and handed me 20 pages of a briefing with notes scribbled all over to put the language into normal terms I could understand. But that specific case didn't work for my fic, plus it was way off with the timeline, so I ended up coming up with one on my own anyway. But I used lots of the terms she gave me. I probably got everything wrong. But the course case isn't the point of the story. The sneezing is! So I hope that you like this! Sorry again for the long wait in getting it to you.

Date: 2015-04-04 09:53 pm (UTC)YES! Okay, this is like, sneezefic canon now. How many fics does it take to make it an official fact that Sam got a job at a garden center one summer? This was such a little throwaway line if one hasn't read the other fics, but so wonderfully awesome when you get the reference. :D
Also, loved this! Poor, poor Sam, trying to get through that with the frankly amazing amount of sneezes he had to deal with. I hope his professor took pity on him and gave him a good grade. :)
And holycrap that epic buildup before the fit. LOVE it!

Date: 2015-04-05 02:27 pm (UTC)This bit in particular cracked me up: "He told himself to not wipe his hand on his slacks. College students who wanted to become successful lawyers did not wipe their hands on their pants. College students who wanted to become successful lawyers finished their class presentations."
And this bit was just so hot: "The tickle raged in his nose, turning him from someone sneezing into someone about to sneeze more than anyone had ever sneezed in the history of sneezing"
In fact, there was this whole kind of dynamic with the tickle, that I loved, the fear of not knowing exactly what was coming but the inevitability of something horrifically embarrassing. And the way it just so overpowering that it made it so difficult for him to keep to his train of thought...so sexy.
I really enjoyed this. Thank you so much for writing it, and I'm sorry if it gave you a headache along the way!
