Dinner!

I just ordered Chinese food for delivery for the first time in my life. Very exciting! Mmmmmm egg drop soup and home style bean curd and veggies...
Hey, boyfriend's out of town today, got to do something fun for dinner, and he never wants Chinese, so this is a good solution. I think I'm going to keep the leftovers in his fridge. Mine isn't just not cold, it's starting to get WARM. Of course, there's an inch of ice build-up in the freezer... I think I'll be calling my landlady tomorrow about the fridge. Just had to throw out salad dressing and peanut butter...

OK... off to eat dinner. *excited bounces*

Yeah... sucks that my boyfriend isn't into Chinese food as much as I am. Americanized Chinese food, that is. Nowhere around here will do the real stuff. Ah well.

Mmmm I could live on dumplings and dim-sum for the rest of my life and be happy. And oohhh fried rice is my favorite. After I became vegetarian I would eat a lot of shrimp fried rice... course I don't eat shrimp any more, so I have to settle for veggies.
Oddly enough, General Tso's Chicken was the LAST dish I had before I became vegetarian. *sigh* Fond memories of that.

Yeah... I'm going to clean tonight and call tomorrow about the fridge. heehee I miss my old little fridge from my dorm room! Freezer was, like, 3 inches tall in the top corner. Man... so many leftovers and drinks got stored in there over the years. Was the first big thing I bought for my dorm room as a freshman, certainly worth it back when I lived off a meal plan.
