I've been posting a lot of pictures! LOL

I dunno if anyone cares about being spoiled for the third HP movie- let me know if anyone DOES care and I will continue to cut things like this. Otherwise I won't bother next time!

Tis off a number of HP sites- some fans got their picture with Alan, Rup, and Gary (the last two in costume! The theory is it's from the shack scene. Gary looks incredible- almost exactly like I pictured... ok, well, I didn't picture the tatoos (so they get rid of Quidditch and put in random tatoos on my Siri pup???)

The Leaky Cauldron has been asked by Warner Brothers to take their picture down. I think probably because he's not in full costume (wig?)

Yum!!! Go Siri! I cannot WAIT for the shack scene!!!!!!! And Alan and Gary look very similar age-wise. Very happy about that *G* Oohhh WISH Thewlis was with them! *whines* I'm dying to see if they did anything about his hair or lack thereof. I'm sorry, but werewolves are supposed to be hairy NOT balding!!! ANd I can say this, because my boyfriend's got a bald spot and I still think he's sexy. Just... not for a werewolf!

The Leaky Cauldron... who in turn got it from another page, who got it from the fans... I think I might take it down, though. The Leaky Cauldron has been askeb by Warner Brothers to remove it at this time. I think because he's only in partial make-up (he might have a wig and all) So just a thought.
Yeah... the dementor looked fantastic! And too familiar, you're right! LOL! :-)

I used to do that... I'd come come for vacation and have five packages waiting for me! Things I bought, things from friends, etc. I bet the soundtrack will be wonderful!

I don't know... if he's not in full costume, I can understand why they don't want an unauthorized picture floating around. They've been very careful in how they want to release info and images about the film. I can understand where they're coming from. Plus he's supposed to be the bad guy of the book-and there he is smiling for a camera. heehee

Yeah... I'll just be going to the midnight showing whereever the heck I live at that point. Huge crowds aren't really my thing either, but that sounds neat. I'd like to go to London either way! :-)

I like midnight showings... it's NICE to see a movie with other people who are just as obsessed with me, for a change, and don't talk through the important parts, etc. Plus advanced tickets just look really neat to have *G*

London- food? LOL Well, I'm a vegetarian, so I'm not too worried. ANd I'm Irish so I ADORE bland food like potatoes and rice cakes *YUM* My best friend spent a semester over in England.
I actually get really annoyed at people who complain about somewhere they've gone because it wasn't like they live in some respect. Well, darnit, that's because it's somewhere else! The whole point is to experience new and different things! Be they good or bad! Just a rant- not so much entirely food related, just in general I've heard a lot of complaints lately. *grumble*

Well, that's not too many packages then. Sounds like a fun homecoming either way.

Wasn't that picture later proved to be nothing more than a photo manipulation of an officially licenced New Line Cinema shot of one of the Ringwraiths on Weathertop?

You're absolutely correct. (though I didn't see that until after posting originally, doh!)
It's been reposted a number of places, but you're right, it's a photomanip based off of a LotR pic. It's inconsistant with the description of dementors in the HP books, anyway :-)

Glad you liked the icons I sent, by the way! And yes, that Daniel antihistamines one is loaded under my icons currently. I can see myself using that one on my personal LJ, but not the 'My fandom sneezes all the time' one. I'm too shy and paranoid that someone will make connections I don't want them making, however true they might be.

Oh, I TOTALLY understand :-) Even though I talk about more than sneezing in this journal, I could never bring myself to post links to it from any of my non-sneeze-related pages. Some of my close friends know, but I wouldn't want people like my advisor to know!
