EDIT: Since I keep posting the link to the main site in my LJ replies and e-mails, I might as well just put it here. It comes from Art Dungeon- http://www.artdungeon.net/ which was coincidentally featured today on The Leaky Cauldron. It's under a redesign, so the slash art is offline right now, but it's a great site. And she's doing a picture-a-day from the Order of the Phoenix :-)
