My personal favorite (since I just got to this part in my "re-reading" earlier tonight)from the Brittish version:
"Anyway, its a nightmare of a year, the fifth," said George. "If you care about exam results, anyway. Fred and I managed to keep our peckers up somehow."
Now if that doesn't scream twincest, I don't know what does! LMAO!

Oh, I TOTALLY hear you! I'm kicking myself for not picking up a copy of at least one of them when I was overseas. My best friend was actually going to do it, which gave me the idea, but somehow we talked ourselves out of it. But I already own four versions of the first book so maybe it was a good thing. LOL!

I read an article a few days ago about how they're not going to change passages for the American version in the next HP book(s). Not that they change a lot... but there is a difference... and personally I think we can handle more Brittish spellings and slang in order to understand the tone of the part of the story better. That made me happy to hear :-)

I'm not quite sure what it's called, but there's three different versions of it, and Ron, Hermione, and Harry meet at the Three Broomsticks after they graduate or something, and the one I wanted to read was the Ron/Harry one. n_n Thankees!

heehee! Good choice in versions. As much as I don't like going against canon, I really see no reason why Ron and Harry wouldn't make a delightful couple :-) And I adore the idea of Harry becomming a more permanent part of the Weasely family *G*
