tarotgalOddly, not as hungry as I thought I'd be after 14 hours of only water. Water is oddly filling when it needs to be :-) I'm thinking maybe I should try fasting once and a while. Was kind of nice, actually. Apart from the not being allowed to brush teeth part and the constantly having to remind myself not to eat part.
I actually managed a decent sleep last night, too. Or decent enough after eight trips in the middle of the night to reheat Mr.HeatingPad :-)
My arm is KILLING me where they drew blood, however. No bruise yet, but I reckon there will be one soon. Why is it that no one can draw blood from me properly? The Red Cross always has a tough time with it, sometimes switching arms a number of times before they actually hit the right spot *rolls eyes* But usually even that doesn't hurt as much. Maybe it's because I'm weak and hungry.
Anyhoo... one appointment down, one to go. But I'm past the point of worry, which is good. Whatever happens happens. And as long as I don't have an incurable disease or as long as I'm not pregnant, it can't be too bad.
I just wanted to thank everyone for their support yesterday/this morning- both here and in e-mail. It was very reassuring and comforting. Leave it to you all to know how to comfort well. *giggle*
I'm going to go carefully eat food(mmmmmm, food!) then head off to dreaded appointment number 2.
