tarotgalFinished first draft of my Obi fic... I think it needs... something... though I don't know quite what. So editing might not go as smoothly as usual.
It's just so nice to have good turnaround time... this is the way it's supposed to be... start a story, finish a story. Not start 400 stories and finish a story.
Tis nice to finish... or at least get to the editing stage. Ah... Obi/Qui... *G* I think watching The Clone Wars sparked the spirit in me tonight! heehee

Date: 2003-11-08 10:46 am (UTC)Always nice to finish something-it happens so rarely for me compared to how many I start... I just... gah, this needs something... I think I know what it is... but "it" is either 7 or 8 pages without sneezing or a paragraph of boring exposition that breaks up the flow terribly. I should really do the former but I don't know that I have the energy or that the fic will ever get finished at that rate. So I'm stuck between writing a story that's potentially confusing and one that will never get finished. Which means I'll probably pick the confusing one. Ah well... I'll try the paragraph method... these things are just too much trouble, sometimes! :-)
Awwwww! I just got through the Pride episode of QAF. *sigh* Happy bouncing boys dancing in the street :-) I always loved that episode. The perfect example of everything... angst, Justin/Brian tension and love, Michael and Ted's self confidence, love, AIDS, death, Brian being an ass through his work but finally showing noble intentions, Mel & Lindsey fighting and making up... and lots of cute boys dancing. It's really amazing how much they can pack into a show that's less than an hour long.
Anyway... yes! World definitely needs more Obi/Qui slash! And sneezing!Obi. And this story is only PG13... if that... which balances out my last ones nicely :-) LOL Variety is the spice of life...
