Wet Frodo and Sam... ohhhh je suis going into squeeing fangirl mode already! Sorry, I promise, no more spoilers. I'm only up to scene 3 and already I'm HIGHLY excited by all the added bits! Oohhhh and the quality on my computer screen is to die for! *bounces happily* Wet Frodo and Samwise! Dripping! Cold! In HOODS! *G* I'm too happy. LOL

Lucky! I have to wait until I get home from work to watch it...and I swore to myself I wouldn't jump ahead to the results of the orc killing contest. Technically, I could stay up and watch the whole movie, but then I'd have about an hour and a half of sleep before I work a 10 hour shift in the hospital, and that's BAD!

So I shall have to content myself with the 'Cameras in Middle-earth' segment on disc 4. Yummy Orli...falling off a horse and breaking ribs...I wonder if he was in costume when he did it? If so, that would help out in the visualization of many lovely Legolas plot bunnies. Ah, the joys of H/C. I'm a bad person! *evil laugh*

Yeah, I'm not going to sleep tonight. I've a meeting at 9, so I'm going to stay up, and come home from it and sleep. And watch in the meantime. I'm only up to the 3 Hunters' entrance... but already I'm SO in love with this version. I really am. I was slightly skeptical as I'm not one for change but the first movie's extended version really impressed me and this one is no different. It's really great. Though there are certainly parts I am looking forward to seeing *G*

Happy watching tomorrow! The wait will be worth it, I'm certain :-)

Oh, it's fantastic... I'm just a little into disk 2... I keep stopping to giggle or squee and then rewind the scene so I can watch it again. SO much yumminess and humor added in. I'm very happy with it. It's really like watching a different movie all together. Has a much different tone now. Which is good. I like it a lot :-)

I'm sorry. Where I grew up there was a walmart about half an hour away but it wasn't a 24-hour one either. No worries, though. The movie's not going anywhere :-)

It's really fantastic, though. A little more singing, too. Feels MUCH more like the books to me.
