Just in case anyone is like me and actually worried about Qui or the books in that short story... Qui has his own room and is only sleeping on the little couch in order to watch over Obi(whom he obviously carried there from the ship and tucked into bed). Their bags and the books are safe and well in Qui's room. I wanted to somehow get that in there... but it didn't sound right the first few ways I tried. Maybe I'll have to write a companion piece to explain it, or something, as I imply Obi-Wan will figure it out, then cut the reader (and him) off there.
Anyway, just a note to anal people out there who might worry about those sorts of things. I wasn't neglectful, I just couldn't explain it properly during the fic
