Holy Virus Batman!

Looks like some people weren't so careful about the worm. I woke up this morning to find a whole SIXTEEN e-mails with virus attachments sitting in my mailbox. *sigh* I'd like to say there's no excuse in this day and age- with all the warnings that were given and the fact that you should never open stuff like this. But I'm a grad student in human-computer-interaction and I know that's asking too much of the users. Still.... Sixteen! *shakes head*

Anyhoo... everybody get virus protection software and for goodness sakes, don't accept any atachments from e-mails with "Thank you" or "That movie" or DAMN! Make that SEVENTEEN! LMAO! Speak of the devil! Let's see... or "My/Your Details" or "Wicked Screensaver" or "Approved" or any other version I haven't been sent yet :-)

Seventeen... wow... this is a nice one! Usually I get maybe 3 or 4 from people on the days the bugs hit. This is pretty impressive!

Out of hand

OK, now this is getting out of hand. My daily count of virus e-mails is FORTY-ONE. I'm not kidding. It's insane!!! And it was only thirty-five before going out to dinner! ARG!
I'm starting to get annoyed more than laugh, though. Growl! 41?!!!!!!! Insane!

and must code! I'm starting to get nervous about not finishing my implementation by tomorrow. I'm SO tired. I need a nap. Maybe I'll sleep through Tracker. *shrug*

On a happy note, the Steve McDonald CD I ordered over a month ago is finally shipping tomorrow. YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I cannot wait! I hope to have it Sat *G* That will make for a REALLY fun weekend! Oohhh! I LOVE his music more than almost anything else in the world. I'm sooooo happy!!!!! YAY!
