Progress!

Ha ha! Made lots of fannish progress tonight, if nothing else. I slept for 10 hours (with an hour break in-betwee) and literally had to DRAG myself out of bed. Then I napped a little later as well. Gah.

So... progress:

• Finished coding and adding fics to the Sneeze Fetish Archive. 30 new fics up there now. So a sizeable update indeed.
  
• Started typing up my list of possibly bunnies for the next official challenge. Need to finish those and send them off.
  
• Posted this week's hatched bunny
  
• I wrote thank you's to feedback onlist. I still have a lot of fics to comment on.
  
• I finished writing and finished editing that Kenfic. I started it on September 4, 2003. Finished November 2, 2004. Which is not surprising for my WIP's, but it was a pleasure to finally finish it after so long. I love Ken-ken. Poor angsty assasin :-) Anyhoo, I posted it to the sneezefic list. It's a little under 20 pages. Not too bad. Hopefully the story works and it's good.
  
• FINALLY started writing my Remus/Bill fic for the Fuh-Q-Fest. I was researching for it last night to get some inspiration and about 10 minutes into it, inspiration struck. So I'm thrilled about that! I need to get it done soon so I can get it betaed before the deadline.
  
• Wrote a couple sentences of a new Qui fic. Couldn't resist. It's an idea that's been going through my head for days and I want to get it out. Hopefully it will just be a couple pages long at most. Preferably a drabble.
  

Giving blood

Just came back from giving blood. As usual, it was a slow process. They had this electronic scale & monitor attached this time and it would start beeping if I went too slowly. Yikes! It beeped ALL the time for me. They kept coming over and looking worried and telling me to squeeze harder and squeeze more. I've NEVER squeezed anything so hard in all my life. Not those 5-10 second short squeezes but every 2-3 second and holding it for 5 seconds. LOL Then when it was done she picked up the blood and said "Wow, 14 minutes!" as though that was really long and I was thinking "Wow, under 20 minutes is fantastic for me!" They never believe me when I say it's hard to find a place in my left arm for the needle... or that I take a long time. But I've always finished and all, and everything went fine this time (I even ate and drank a LOT before going in preparation). But, yes, all is well. Apart from my hand which HURTS from all that hard squeezing! But, yep, felt good about it. Hope it helps someone!
