Running late

I wanted to finish by 4:30 am, but looks like I'll finish by 5am. Then I can work out, and write a little, and then go to bed. Just finishing boyfriend's thesis edit. Gods that was dull. I don't have a clue what the heck it was about. Something about libraries and simulators and lots and lots of code in courier font :-) But the cast commentary for Fellowship made it bearable, certainly.

I think I have Fellowship-envy. MAN! What I wouldn't have given to have been part of the fun of the filming of that! heehee
And anyone into writing Real Person stories... which are beyond me still at this point. I just wanted to drop the little hint of inspiration for the hobbits when they film the 'running into each other during the shortcut for mushrooms scene', based on Dom complaining about how he was in such a bad mood because they were filming in a field and he had horrible hayfever and was sneezing and feeling miserable. If that's not a fun plot bunny, I dunno what is *G* Might not be hard to work into a 'spring challenge' come to think of it *G* But, again, I can't take it myself.

Okay... I go finish up, then clear a spot in my living room so I can work out. Yick. I'm trying to lose 30 pounds in 3 months. (More if I can manage it) *crosses fingers*

We have had Fellowship envy at our House for a long time! LOL! What a wonderful group that was, what an awesome and close relationship they seemed to have developed with one another - those behind the scenes pieces at the end of the movies are just as much entertainment to me as the movie itself! Knowing more about those people just makes their characters all the more real to me...all the more special and all the more complete. It shows you how they are each *like* their own characters, and that helps tremendously...knowing how close Pip and Merry got, knowing how Viggo does all his own riding and that Orlando does his own stunts...it's great, you know! Makes you feel much more a part of the movie and not just an observer, like you are "in" on it somehow!

Oh, isn't it too bad that some of that footage with the beautemous hay fever is not available to us!!! I think it's an terrific plot bunny and I hope someday you go for it!
