Fics that have never seen the light

tarotgalEvery so often I try to finish them... but usually fail in the completion department. So... Sneezing FanFics of mine that have never left my computer or just barely have:
The Dead Zone- I am in LOVE with the show and started a fic with lovely Anthony Michael Hall (my absolute fav of the brat pack!) catching cold. I threw in an actor from Highlander as well.
Highlander- speaking of which, I've started two stories involving sneezing which- as they are immortals and never get sick- is two more than I probably should have considered starting. Both are cute and VERY unfinished.
RENT- sort of for Prisma, sort of for myself. Mark starts out with a cold and Roger's going to pick it up (poor babies)
ER- Luka- lots of 'I miss my dead family' angst coupled with his newness to the hospital and a pretty bad cold. YUM nothing better than that man sneezing *G*
Cruel Intentions- almost forgot about this one as I've never typed it in, but it's in one of my wiring notebooks. Basically, a fic that involved Sebastion and his sister... lots of sexual tension, and a lot of cute Ryan sneezing.
Star Trek- I've got two of these started. One jumps around from character to character as the whole of Engineering seems to come down with a cold (poor lads!) including Geordi (Levar). The other story has Ricker very angsty after Ro goes off to join the rebels. He's still got ridges on his nose and catches some sort of cold. I'm mean, I know, but I think a guy's earing clip chain shaking when he sneezes is kinda sexy. LOL
X-Files- I won't even go here. There are 4 stories I can think of, one which is a Highlander cross-over. None of them remotely full of a plot or full of an ending.
Yong Indy Chronicles- Gods, it was going to be great. Indy and Ned (Lawrence of Arabia) with hints at Ned's homosexuality, and bringing in Indy's first meeting Sallah (LOVE him!) and lots of angst about Indy's lost love and his cold. But, uh, it just isn't getting written properly! :-)
10th Kingdom- I actually wanted this to be a full length story.. it's, like, 3 pages right now. And Wolf is sooooo cute sneezing and getting sick, as he hasn't done much of.
Michael Collins- I watched the movie, I ADORE Irish history from that time period (I'm especially fond of the 7 brave men of 1916, and almost named my cat Padraig after one of them until I decided to name him Maxwell after a Velvet Goldmine character instead) ANyway, I liked the movie, and I started a short fic about him, near the end of the movie, before he meets up with the actor who played the character who I named my cat after, incidentally. Wow... small world.
Michael jackson- also started as a request and I feel bloody awful about not finishing it either! I've still got some ideas about it, and hope to one day finally finish it. Poor laddie :-)
Hockey- I've started a Washington Capitals fic... but they've traded some of the players since... and I wrote one about the Sabres back in 1999 which is STILL not done. The goalie's retired since, and the fic still isn't finished! lol
Star Wars- more than I can count. Ok, well, maybe 8. Tala's got three waiting on me (the poor man. I love him to bits, but sometimes playing with a nice sneezing Obi is more fun than an anal, geeky healer). There are a few, like Exposed Escort, which have been started and really need to be finished. And there are a few that were stared and made it a few paragraphs of mushy, yummy Qui/Obi-ness before pausing.
Harry Potter- I think only 2 sneezing-related ones. I've got another 3 or 4 non-sneezing ones halfways done. No... scratch that... 6 non sneezing ones. Grrr. Anyway... I am really determined to get those 2 sneezing ones finished. One being Under House Arrest... the other... hrm... no title yet, but it's got both Harry and Sirius sneezing so everyone's happy! Er... but there's slash (PG13) so maybe not everyone happy... but I'm happy so there! :-P

It's set earlier in the film, though, and kind of based on a real incident about poor Mick riding around on his bicycle despite having spanish flu and pleurisy. And falling off his bicycle and needing to be rescued by Joe...

I'm kind of lost here... before he meets up with who? I'm picturing it around the time he goes to meet Dev, since he is all coughing and cold-y then (awww...) but I don't know who the character you refer to is. Help?

As for my cryptic message- Jonathan Rhys Myers is the actor who plays his assassin in MC and also plays the 'lead' role in Velvet Goldmine (and fashions the name Maxwell Deamon for himself, which is what I named my kitty). Sorry for the confusion. :-)

I completely didn't recognize Jonathan Rhys Meyers from Michael Collins to Velvet Goldmine, though now that you mention it I remember Nermal being every so slightly put out that I didn't tell her about JRM being in Collins
I need to reread the Collins biography that got me started... maybe then I'll have the oomph to get more than a page and a half of disjointed bits. :-) If you want to see the little scratches you're welcome to...
