Baaaaaaad morning

tarotgalWell, not exactly morning, but I woke up at 1 so the last few hours are morning to me.
Found that in my attempts at ordering Boyfriend's bday present, my credit card limit was reached, so they refused it. So I must order again. GAH
In my attempts at paying off some of my credit card bill, I found $300 missing from my bank account (which meant I was back down to $54 again. Not good. So I thought maybe it was the $300 check I deposited that hadn't cleared. No such luck. I really do only have $54 in the account. But it took me 5 separate calls to the bank and one visit in person to figure all this out. Plus it seems that they didn't send the checks to my home... or my parents' home... or even my bank branch. Apparently the checks I ordered went to a whole other branch of the bank that I never, ever visit... which is why I went in person after the 5 phone calls. So now I FANLLY have checks that I can write to pay my bills! Of course I don't have any money to actually write them out to... and credit card is maxed out. Bloody HELL it's not been a fun day! But at least the $200 check I wrote out last night is covered so it won't bounce- if my credit card hadn't been refused I wouldn't have gone through all this and it would probably have bounced and I would have lost even more money. Apart from that, I'm just screwed. *sings to the tune of a Bawdy Baladeer's song* Screwed screwed lovely lovely screwed! *sigh* The only thing that's keeping my spirits up right now is a small tax refund and a $20 gift card at Target I'm saving until the 27th when Big Fish comes out on DVD... and the $20 Best Buy card I'm saving for when Timeline comes out on DVD. I need more Ewan. Ewan makes me happy. Thewlis, eh, less happy. But that movie is historical fiction and time travel and it's Crichton and lots of men with LOVELY accents so I love it much much. And even more-so because the annoying Thewlis character dies in the end, though I knew that before I saw the movie. *sigh* He's SOOOOO good at being an unlikable character... I SO worry about him being my sweet Remus J. Lupin!!!
NOT a fun morning. Gods I hate money. LOL And in a month or two I get to start paying back my HUGE student loan! With some nonexistant money from my nonexistant job. I repeat: GAH!!! I want to denounce money and go live in a farming commune somewhere in the middle of nowhere.
