Paid journal!

So last night I actually splurged and got myself a paid journal.
Wow... so yummy it is! :-)
girlwithtulips *hugs* sent me a very helpful moodset file and I managed to get mine up and working in about 2 minutes. So YAY! I have happy Highlander moods now! *goes through archive to see all the pretty moods* Awww my boys. And girls, I guess, too. Happy! That was fun.

Not fun was being woken up a half an hour early by Mr.Maxwell Demon(sadly, the feline variety, not the sexy boy variety) who wanted me to get up just so I was up. So he paced back and forth on the couch beside me meowing nonstop. He stopped meowing the instant I did, and after 5 minutes went and curled up on my bed to sleep. Damn cat. LOL

Ah well. I'm going to finish my thesis today, I've decided! And tomorrow starts the lusty month of may during which I hope to have time to write LOTS of MMoM fics. And I'm totally participating in the marathon just because I think it's a fucking hilarious thing to do! (er, without the fucking) I totally want a bumper sticker... and the proceeds go to an AIDS organization, so everyone wins, right? :-)

Anyhoo... happy happy *trying to stay happy while eyes thesis depressingly*

Ah, MMoM (or MMM or MMOM, depending on who you talk to) stands for the Merry Month of Masturbation. May is national Masturbation month, you see. It's sort of a side fetish for me, especially as far as stories go *G* So I'm going to have fun with it this month! whoohoo

Awww, I would never do that to my cat. Plus there really isn't another room here anyway. I don't see the point of having my cat if I don't let him be who he wants to be. He doesn't understand that Mommy wanted to sleep until 2pm. All he wanted was play and he doesn't have anyone to play with except for me. Unless you count himself and then you get back to the first point in this reply- LMAO! Anyway, he can be annoying, but I'm not the sort of person who ignores a kitty in need. Boyfriend is, though. He locks his cat out of his bedroom or in his bedroom whenever we're having sex or eating, etc. I just can't be that kind of person.

Yay on the paid journal. The mood icons are really neat. If I become more ambitious and computer savvy I might get one but for now I'm a leaching bum...

Yeah... I keep debating changing the style/layout of the journal... but haven't found one I like... I'm pretty stuck with my current one, though I'd like a calendar and more links... ANYWAY, it's nice and I'm very happy with it *continues playing*
But I was a leaching bum for over 3 years... and I think it's perfectly great. I don't like paying for services online unless absolutely necessary. But LJ has done a lot for me over the years, so I went for it :-) Yay! :-)

LoL! Paid accounts rock. There are all sorts of nifty features to play with. Like phone posts, and the text messaging tool. It's like a new toy when you get it. :P

Yeah... I'm looking forward to phone posts... though as it's a fetish journal... well... I wouldn't be comfy talking... and phoning in a sneeze would just be a little freaky. LOL SO we'll see. It's nice to know I can make one if I ever have a reason to use one :-)
The shorter URL is helpful, too. And the e-mail forwarding probably will be once I change e-mail accounts...
It's pretty pretty. I really enjoy LJ, so I'm glad I up and did it finally :-)

Man, that would be awfully strange. I don't think I'd be very comfortable doing it either, but at least you have the option! :) Absolutely. I use LJ quite a bit on the non-fetish side of things, so the few bucks spent on a paid account is well worth it.
