Story update

tarotgalNot to worry, I'm still writing. Not finishing anything, but writing. A lot. Started yet another Legolas/Gimli story today which seems like it'll be good.
I've not forgotten about the four remaining boykissing stories. I've written two and a quarter out by hand and one is typed and 75% finished. So.... yeah... they're good. I just need to get them done. But no worries. They're coming. I keep getting pulled in other directions is all. Which was the point of using them to get inspired anyway. I even picked 'Too Many Cooks' up again and did some work on it. So, yeah, I'm just playing here and there. But they're coming along soon. Sorry for the wait.
As for 'The Vampire' (the Ron-fic I started ages ago) since someone brought it up last week-ish... I think I might forget the betaing by now and just finish it, edit it, and post it. It's only about half done, but I skipped ahead and wrote a bit of the ending, so I know where it's going and should be able to write it more quickly on a whole. It's just slow... I keep going back and forth about my characterizations of Ron's brothers. Luckily, some book 5 moments have definitely helped clear up some things I was ambiguous about... so it should go more smoothly as well.

But someone on the Axe_Bow Yahoo group just posted an H/C challenge so I'm all about that right now, too. LOL I've got 8 unfinished L/G stories at the moment sitting open on my taskbar just waiting. *sigh* I miss them too.
The craving for more material about that pair is getting so strong now that I've resorted to listening to 'We Belong' on repeat on my burned CD of 'Random Car Music' when I drive to work *G*
Awwww! *sigh* One day when I free up space on my computer and download a viewable copy of RotK I shall make my music vid to that song. I remember sitting in my car a year or two ago and hearing it on the radio and thinking of nothing but the two of them as I sang along. I'm glad someone else likes it for them, too :-) But *sigh* yeah, I get pairing cravings a lot and it's rather hard to get the time to read/write enough to fulfill them. Then again, that's my fault for falling in love with so many fandoms with yummy pairing possibilities...
