I'm going to *try* to give feedback on every fic I read. We'll see. I read a LOT. But the authors deserve it. So I'm going to try. Might be short, but it'll be there. I'm on a mission now! heehee

- Wrote a little of the Gravi fic. *pets fic*
- Wrote a bit in the Harry-fic I started for weekly hatching bunny #25 after mentioning it to Hermione tonight.
- Wrote a lot of the Obi ficlet. It's getting close to being finished. I hate finishing fics on the weekend since no one's ever online to share it with. LOL But I can't use that as an excuse, huh?

Date: 2004-09-29 07:10 pm (UTC)Urgh... okay... *goes to look* Open up the edit customizations section, and the free text box where you type into is on the first page, the 'Layout' tab's page in the bottom half of the page. Just ype what you want in the box. Then in the the section just below that, you need to choose the order of the components. Just make sure that the free text component is selected in some order so that it shows up, just like the other components are. It's pretty self explanatory if you scroll down and look at it.
oh! I finally started writing my own Obi-Wan ficlet ;) yep--ive converted to the Star Wars realm now XD it's nothing much--just a little interaction between Obi and Anakin following Qui-Gon's cremation...the start of their relationship as Master and Padawan. Ive typed up more info. about it in my LJ (references to Obi being cold all the time and Anakin rubbing his hands to warm him up ;) Oh I love that XD)
heehee I look forward to reading it. Poor Obi. Someone else torturing him now ;-)
And sorry you didn't like Eye of the Beholder more. It's not my favorite movie, but some of the scenes I ADORE. Like the just-a-wall-between-them scene when he's staying in the room next to hers. Oohhh I love his obsession. Wanting to take care of the little girl *G* Very interesting characters indeed.
Ive been reading more of your fics--i just remember the title "Jabberwalk", "Brand of Healing" and "Morning Allergy" but hey--it's a start! ;) <333333's so far!
heehee Thanks. Hope you enjoy the others. I like Brands of Healing a lot... I didn't mean it to be realated to the Jabberwalk in any way at all. I just write a lot of stories with similar situations/themes. And Tala's all mine. My character all the way. He's explained in 'Long Ago in a Galaxy Far, Far Away' and his past is revealed more in 'To Old Friends' and 'To be a Master'.

Date: 2004-09-29 08:09 pm (UTC)Opening day in theater, and bought it on DVD 20 minutes after midnight when it was out *G* Catch is adorable. But the whole ensemble was great. And more Ewan singing during the ending credits! GOT to love that! :-)
There are parts of Eye I don't like as it's not my type of movie either. But I love creepy movies when there's such a psychological aspect to it. Which is why I love Stephen King books and movies, like Secret Window. Ewan's character is very original. And it was fantastic to see Jason acting VERY unlike how he did on 90210. heehee!

Yep. Tala is in, like, 40% of my stories. And he's going to be in the new one I'm going to be posting in a day or two.
hee hee do you think of Obi as being sickly?
Nope. I see him as weaker than Qui at times. Not just because of youth but because of build and experience. So it's not as much a stretch for me to make him sick. I think of him as VERY capable and strong even when sick, though. I know I write him sick a lot, but I don't think of him as actually getting sick timeline-wise as much as I write him as sick. LOL I just like seeing it. To me, he just has bad luck and a weaker immune system than he'd like, in my mind. But I would never, ever come close to going so far as to call him sickly.
I might write a pre-Star Wars story when Qui-Gon takes care of a fairly sick Obi-Wan as a boy. ;-D oh stop me now....
As you can tell from my stories, that's definitely my favorite *G* heehee!

Date: 2004-09-29 08:40 pm (UTC)Yeah, he and Rene have a music video on once the credits start. There's a lot more movie, actually. A nice resolution. But, yeah, with Ewan after hs MULTIPLE movies singing and Rene after Chicago, they couldn't NOT have them do a video/song together.
id like to write a more serious-illness fic...maybe some strange disease from another planet they visit ;)
I love Obi-injured offworld fics. And there are out there quite a few angsty fics with the two men, worrying they're going to lose one or another. Great fics.
But your bunny sounds a little bit like my new story is entitled 'The Ondarian Virus' *EG* It's not so serious, though. At least, not all of it is serious. It goes from serious to fluffy quickly, though :-)
