tarotgalgah, just sneezed. LOL
Pirates of Dark Water started over again on the cartoon channel... um Boom? Is that what it's called? Anyhoo, thanks again to my sister for point it out to me in time for me to run and tape it. So now I get to tape it from the start and enjoy the series all over again. I had a pretty active imagination as a kid and it's interesting watching this- the little details and things of the universe really jump out at me now and impress me. I'm feeling very inspired :-) ANd hopefully I'll be able to finish that PoDW fic I started many moons ago
Am re-watching QAF. Halfway through the last episode of the first season. *sigh* Love those boys. I'm really enjoying watching it over again after season 4. All those little things like Lindsay telling Brian one day he might need someone to take care of him... Mikey doubting he could ever commit and insults about Mikey having a commitment ceremony... Mel cheating on Linds and Lindsay feeling that nothing is ever good enough for Melanie... Ted getting used by Blake... Justin standing up for himself and insulting Chris the first time before the prom incident... it's all very interesting to see after season 4's events. I adore seasons 2 and 3 to death, don't get me wrong! It's just interesting to look at the parallels and storylines in 1 and 4.
I'm sooo tired. Got 3 hours of worried sleep. Tried to nap but was woken up after 15 minutes in order to walk the dog *groan* This is why I like cats. LOL Not that I don't love my family's dog... it's just that the cats don't need to be walked and they cuddle with me when I sleep. Much preferred when I'm damn tired.
Wesley's first Angel episode is on again tomorrow. I'm DETERMINED to get it on tape this time! Bwahahaha! *crosses fingers*
Am picking at a couple fics. Nothing much. I'm still stuck halfway through week 25's hatching fic. Ron is giving me diffculties. I had a great idea this afternoon but by the time I got to the document, I'd forgotten. BLAH! Sucks. Bad Ron! No cookie! Er, which is especially ironic because he and Harry are eating cookies at the moment in the fic.
*cries* They keep mentioning the MCI Center on tv/radio today. That's where my hockey boys would be playing right now!! If there were hockey.... *SOBS* I mean the election was bad enough but no hockey to distract from my sorrows? *cries*

I feel your pain about the hockey, though. Our poor arena is empty now, too. I think there was a Phil Collins concert there a while ago and Disney on Ice but it's not the same!

Maybe it'll come out on DVD one day? I mean, if it's been recognized as important to repeat several times on tv, maybe?
And hockey... gods I miss the hockey... I've been toying with writing a hockey story now... to take my mind off the fact that there is none currently. We just got an NHL catalog in the mail a few days ago, too. *sigh* They're not making this easy. LOL
