Need an HP beta

I need another beta for another HP non-sneezefic. I know it's a crazy-busy time, so no worries if no one's available. I can (and probably will anyway!) ask on the lists I lurk on. But as you all read so much of my writing and know my style, I thought I would ask.

It's a Remus/Bill fic which is going to be R, if not higher. I haven't written the sex scene yet, but it's coming for certain (no pun intended). It's not done, but I plan to have it finished by Sunday. And I'll need it back with comments within a week.

So, yeah. I know it's not a terribly popular pairing and there's no sneezing... so if no one wants to jump to beta this for me, really, I'm so not offended. LOL And I can ask around elsewhere. But, hey, thought I'd ask in case anyone was dying to read a really random, rough something and tell me how stupid I am for picking this particular challenge. LOL!

If you wouldn't mind the content, I would be thrilled to have you look it over. I'm assuming you can read/open rtf files all right? Or should I convert the story into a different format?

I'm really hoping to get a lot of it done tomorrow as I'm dead tired tonight. But I'm planning to have it done this weekend so I'll send it over Sunday/Monday, assuming I stick to my plans! Thanks again!

No I wouldn't mind the content and I can open a rtf file, could you send it to my aol account, though, I like the way things download from that than yahoo.

When ever you get it done and sent is fine by me. The main thing is you get it done and sent in by whenever it's due.

As you're pretty familiar with my style and needs when it comes to these random HP fests I seem to be entering... I would be honored if you'd give this one a good, final read and beta for me. I'm hoping not to hit too many snags with the story and to have it done by the end of the weekend. So my plan is to have Meg and Tina look it over first and then I'll make changes appropriately and send it to you for a final look/editing. Is that all right with you?

I really, truly appreciate all the great betaing you've done for me in the past. And as for the fic I promised you a little bit ago- I finally saw the first OC episode of this new season last night so I should be spending tomorrow catching up on the season thus far and getting back into the universe and characters. *G*

Assuming you're talking about the pics used for that particular icon/avatar... that's my absolute favorite Harry Potter fanartist, Marta (seviet)! Her website Art Dungeon is on in the links section of my live journal *points*
I adore her work so very, very much. The piece of hers I'm using as my Oliver/Percy pic is what actually opened me up to the pairing and made me fall in love with them *snuggles* I love her Weasleys, especially. And her OotP series (illustrations from parts of the books) are fantastic and referenced everywhere. She's wonderful.

i know you have lots of offers already, just adding one more anyway :) as you know, hp isn't my main fandom (although i came *this* close to buying another copy of PoA and OotP today because it was only $7 for the both of them!), but if you need me, i'll be more than happy to beta :)

Oohhh! I would have bought them! heehee! I am dying for second copies of the books so that I can mark them all up for canon look-up like all the geeks at the conventions have. Yeah I could just keep using the lexicon but what's the fun of that? lol

As for the beta... *hugs* I really appreciate the offer. I think I'm in good hands with the three I have already, but if something comes up or one of them backs out, can I contact you about taking over? Just as a safety(for lack of a more honorable title), because I really trust your experience and knowledge and would feel very safe knowing if something went wrong I could then ask you for advice. This fest is so small that my entry isn't going to be getting lost in an archive so I really don't want to make any horrible mistakes or screw up Remus' characterization.
