Well, hello LJ! I'm glad they got you working again! *huggles*

Last night: Finished an Aragorn/Legolas fic for the annual challenge and started a Legolas/Haldir fic that came into my head several years ago. It's a 5-page PWP at the moment. No sneezing, just pr0n :-) I'm kind of in the mood to try to finish my Legolas-in-the-hot-spring fic as well. I also have one more fic in mind for the annual challenge. A SW one. A long one. Should be fun.

Watched 'The Terminal' last night. I liked it. Very enjoyable. Even though the romance part left me unfulfilled and I didn't get the protagonist's motivation- I mean, I got it, but I didn't really feel/believe it.

Got an hour and a half of sleep and woke up to drive to the airport with the rest of my family to see my sister and mother off. I may have to drive there on my own to pick them up Saturday since my dad is 80% sure to be going out of town at the end of this week. It was my sister's first time on a plane since she came over here at age 2 (which she doesn't remember, but she was dead sick then so it's good she doesn't remember). She was worried about getting motion sick while flying but apparently she was fine. Which is good since she's going to Italy with the art group at high school for spring break. So at least something good came out of this incident with my grandfather.

But, yeah, so now I have the house to myself along with my father. There's tension between us... he's not very emotional and we're neither of us good at small talk. So it'll be an interesting weekend. We went to Friendly's for dinner tonight- that's my family's favorite place. They let you put a garden burger into any of their burgers free of charge now- which ROCKS! So I had a great dinner. And then we got ice cream at the grocery on the way home- Swiss Orange (Orange Sorbet with chocolate chips- yummy!)
So this week I'm running the household. Doing all the chores (instead of just some of them), taking care of the animals, running errands. It reminds me of being on my own again, which is nice. Except that when I lived alone I didn't really do any chores or run errands. And I didn't have a dog to worry about. But it'll be fun and interesting. I'm sure I'll get bored of it after a day.

I watched 'Ned Kelly' tonight. Dad fell asleep through most of it. But he does that for all movies. But guhhhhhh! Definitely yummier than the 70's version (no offense, Mick). But with delicious Heath and Orli, that's hardly a surprise. It was dark, but lovely. I very much enjoyed it. Am soooo glad I finally found it at Blockbuster! It was really great. I love history :-) And as I'm Irish and grew up with tons of things from Australia around, it definitely got to men. I managed not to cry through most of it, too. Though that bit at the end... sobbing. But... guh... Heath and Orli were FANTASTIC! I'd wash their backs any time... and any other parts as well... *EG*
