I was ALL over the place today fic-wise. Had a strange day in general, but... yeah. Here we go:

One of my Remus/Sirius fest fics- Finished typing it up and editing it. Sent to two betas... haven't heard back which leads me to suspect it actually does suck as much as I suspect and I'll have to rewrite the whole thing in a week. LOL
Wrote a short angsty!Remus drabble (no sneezing). It just sort of fell out.
Opened up my first Remus/Bill fic and worked on that a little. It's totally AU now but somehow I don't seem to mind that. Just something about this fic that I love to death so much that I can overlook canon for ;-) I kind of feel inspired to write post HBP-R/B now. But this pulled me to play with it instead.
Read through parts of 3 of my Spander fics and played with bits/edited.
Fred fic- typed up and posted to my LJ earlier tonight *points* Cute sick Wesley. Who can resist him? Not I!
Read a FANTASTIC collarfic today(even though it goes against, like, 5 points of canon now)... wait... let me find it... It's here: http://www.livejournal.com/users/xylodemon/270069.html And it inspired me to pick up my Sirius/Remus collarfic again. I wrote about another page. It's slow-going but nearly done. I love it muchly. Nummy puppy pr0n goodness *snuggles*
Read through what I wrote for the final part of the Obi sneezefic 'Evaluating'. Think I'll post it tomorrow.

No, no suckage!
But... wow. No, I'm very glad about the no rewrite. Seriously, ask my relatives. Every time I worked on the fic around them I'd make comments about how I thought I was going to have to start all over again because it was no good. I definitely get bad vibes from it. Probably because parts felt very forced at times.
It's not due until August 1st, though, so seriously don't feel stressed about betaing. There's more than enough time if I don't have to do a complete re-write! I was just, you know, worried because I don't feel it's even close to my best work.

Not to give your muses freedom, here, but seriously, no rush. Just me being all nervous. You know how I am about worrying about some of my fics.

On the other hand... my other fic for the fest (which is not even close to being finished yet) suddenly got a new section added onto it in the last half an hour (I practically jumped out of the shower and onto the computer) and it ROCKS so totally. I can't stop writing (which sucks as I have work early tomorrow morning) but it's VERY good and I'm very not worried about this section at all. Oohhh! So excited by it, actually! *snuggles my muses for their sudden inspiration*

Yeah, doesn't suck! I'm sorry I haven't sent you any feedback yet, I haven't really had time yet. But I should be able to get a chance to sit and write something useful for you this afternoon and sent it off to you this evening. When is it supposed to be in by? But yeah, doesn't suck!

No, don't rush. I don't need to turn it in until August 1st. I was just nervous and uneasy in general about it. Totally, no worries. Take as long as you need.

You know, now that you mention it, Bill & Kingsley would make a very fine pairing indeed. Especially post... well, post what happens to Bill at the end of HBP. Lots of sub-dom themes could be played with... which means lots of opportunity for hurting and taming and oohhh. I like that a lot...

Though speaking of fics... Every so often I keep picking at that one you inspired me to start. The hurt!Sirius one. It's really slow-going but it's pretty far along. I really need to get that out more often now... especially as it's just now getting to the good part.
