tarotgalWell, I got my service plan straightened out with DELL- I ended up going with a 2 year plan which meant I needed to transfer money out of savings which I HATE doing, but I'm paying myself today so I'll be able to replace it soon as checks clear.
*EG* My DELL sales rep was named Mark Cohen. *giggles* As if I wasn't already in a major RENT mood lately?
And now I find myself with 15 minutes of free time before work. Wish that means I could go back to sleep for that time.
Let's see... I finished and posted Quixotic last night and started 'Lunch Date II' which was inspired by that fic. (Marty's roommate is fun to play with) But that leaves me with just one more mood that I've claimed and not finished yet. So not bad. Being offline so much yesterday night gave me time to write if nothing else.
Oh. The new CD/MP3 player I bought is not working properly when it plays mp3s. Anyone have experience with this sort of thing?? When it plays mp3s it sometimes will play a whole song but usually it freezes and stops about 2 minutes in (sometimes at 1:36 or 1:54 or 1:47 or 2:01). Is it because I burned the CD as a collection of files, not specifically mp3s? Is it because of the quality of my mp3s? Or is the player just not good? Anybody have any idea?
Oh! Greg the Bunny's being shown on Sundance now! I just found out yesterday. I'm totally watching/taping (Monk's on at the same time) it this week. I got such a kick out of that show. (BLAH!) And, you know, Seth, too. So that's a bit of happy to look forward to. I might watch the Midnight movie on Sundance with Alan Cumming, too. His new scent add is SUCH a good way to get me in a good mood. LMAO! I download it and watch it every few days.
