Notice that Sawyer didn't actually deny being gay when asked...

I still think this is the worst written show ever but I watch and tape every second of it so I don't know what that says about me. Okay, it probably says that I like it despite the fact that the writing's bad. So maybe that says a lot about the show anyway. *shrug*

Oh, and speaking of of Sawyer- OMG pale, ill, unconscious, helpless Sawyer? Be still my heart! Totally what I was fantasizing about ever since he got shot. Hell, ever since I started liking the guy *wants* Yum yum yum...

OMG!!! I said the same exact thing to my cousin while we were watching the show! He rolled his eyes and gave me the finger, but he knows me well enough to know that something like that will NOT stop me from thinking about such things. I love this show, in all honesty. Yes, I'm a dork.

I'll refrain from going into too much detail about your spoiler section, but I agree wholeheartedly! ^_^

I was thinking the same thing about Sawyer, too. Yeah, ever since he was shot I've been thinking that his wound is going to be getting worse and worse and is going to come back and give him problems later on. Of course, he doesn't die from it, though...

Just curious but why do you think the writing is so bad? Maybe I'm used to the writers style as most of them have worked on Alias in the past where crazy stuff happens all the time. Primetime TV is not supposed to be Shakespeare. People don't want to think when they watch TV after work. Lost is a show that makes people think, though, (something JJ Abrams has always been proud of about his shows) I'll admit but it's more creative thinking than anything else. The characters talk and act like normal people would in real life for the most part (they all have their own dialect and slang, like Hurley and Sawyer) which is another reason it's so interesting and fresh.

I'm curious about the writing thing too. I know you've said before that you find everything on Lost too predictable, but except for a few things here and there (like the location of Sun's ring, which I saw coming a mile away...and Kate and Jack, who are really starting to bore/irritate me), I'm usually caught up in the adventure of it all. Plus, plot holes don't bother me as much with such fascinating characters as Hurley and Locke to capture my interest.

I've been basking in the lovely Sawyer H/C since he got shot, and I have to say, this is playing like something straight out of a dream Danny-whumping/Muldertorture/elf abuse fanfic. Sawyer is so not my type, but the writers seem bound and determined to play on my weaknesses until I can't help but want him despite myself...
