I got a lot of great things for Christmas. And now that I know what I didn't get, I can go and buy things like The Island that I've been holding off on :-)
I think that's all :-)
And, best yet, everyone liked what I got them (even though my father and I both got my mother copies of Slap Shot 2 on DVD from the Walmart cheap bin, LOL). My dad laughed a lot and enjoyed the hobby kit as well- thank you for suggestions :-) It was a very nice Christmas at my house this year. So far, no major fights and lots of happiness. Probably a record for us! LOL And we all took our annual (albeit short, due to health reasons) drive around the neighborhoods looking at Christmas lights.

Date: 2005-12-27 03:29 am (UTC)Oooh...I miss that magazine. My parents used to get it but stopped suscribing about a year ago. I got a Sam's Club membership and Grimm's Fairy tales (have the Brother's Grimm DVD but no chance to watch it yet) and a bio on Mark Messier (I know he's not a Red Wing, but he's my favorite player). But I must look into getting a Highlander subscription as I miss reading it and seeing what events are going on around me.
