Confetti, cake, presents, streamers, frosting… hangover… all were sure signs of a birthday. Cedric groaned as he forced himself to roll over in bed. His friends had to blab to everyone that it was his birthday and everyone knows, well... they should know, that know one parties quit like the ‘puffs do. Whoever thought of doing butterbeer bongs was going to pay! He cracked opened one eye and saw a piece of parchment lying next to his pillow. Cedric squinted as he tried to read the messy scribble.

Wonderful, wonderful! This is a fantastic drabble! I'm dreadful at short and clever... but this was incredibly enjoyable. Ced all hung over and tired of partying (oh, how I love the fact that the 'puffs play so hard!) and then smiling at the prospect of fun with Olly. I also LOVE your/Oliver's word choice in the letter. Cheerful and teasing... not assuming Ced will be up for it but making it rather clear that it'll be on his head if he refuses to show up... and then that last line! I love this. Thank you so very, very for the happy!!
